The Westchester Alliance for Telecommunications and Public Access

The Westchester Alliance for Telecommunications and Public Access (WATPA) is an independent grass-roots, non-profit group helping Westchester benefit from the Internet and telecommunications revolution, since the early 1990s.  We are the Internet society of Westchester County, New York.  We are also the modern day equivalent of Westchester's PathMasters, established more than 200 years ago.

WATPA provides information about the Internet, advice to public officials and residents on public policy, and free web design/hosting to enable non-profit community groups to get their message out to the Internet.
